superb stay
spacious room excellent variety polite staff
i appreciated how effortless the check in process was especially after a long day of travel i was quickly settled into my room the room was spacious and well appointed the cleaning service was regular and thorough the staff were always polite and addressed any questions promptly the variety in the restaurants was excellent even for someone with specific dietary needs.
the gym equipment felt a little outdated.

the pools offered ample space with many sunbeds available throughout the day the water park provided entertainment for all ages and was well maintained the beach access was convenient and included comfortable sun loungers.

the food offer covers a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and i found something to eat every day.
i found the draught beer to have less fizz than i prefer. i ended up sticking to bottled efes beer. it was slightly disappointing because i enjoy a good pint on tap.

unclean room bug presence
I noticed the room wasn't as clean I wanted it to be. There was a bug on the bed when we arrived, I found bites on my body and on my child's body after two days. I found cleaning was an issue, but I hoped to relax more in the premises. It did really worry me.

pristine beach well kept beach great water park helpful staff
The beach was pristine and well kept, and the water park kept our kids entertained for hours. The variety of pools was fantastic, giving us plenty of options to relax and swim. Ayes from guest experience was very helpful and were very good too.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel decor could use a little updating, but it didn't significantly impact our experience.

Our Triple Room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, and it featured a comfortable seating area and a large balcony with amazing views, a great place to relax after a long day.

clean room well equipped helpful staff
I found the rooms very clean. They were also well equipped. The staff was always ready to assist. Entertainment included exciting animation team performances. Sude and Natalia made the entertainment extra special. I appreciated that.
Elevators took ages to arrive. This was inconvenient.

clean hotel ice cream nice patisserie
I liked the hotel's cleanliness. The staff seemed diligent. The waffle and ice cream place was a nice addition. It was convenient to grab something at any time. The patisserie was a great option too. You could pick up treats throughout the day.
The air conditioning in the lobby felt weak. It was not particularly strong around reception or the bar.
